Even at booming price, AMD's Ryzen 5 5600X is a compelling microchip, and the best CPU for gaming if you're looking to book one of the least expensive flights into Zen 3 territory. However, paying full terms has hardly been a requisite. It certainly isn't right straight off—Newegg has information technology marked down to just $267.99 (subsequently applying coupon code 93XRU57 at checkout counter).

That's the lowest price information technology has always been on Newegg or Amazon. And yes, I'm aware you can valse into a Micro Center and pick off it up for $259.99, plus save another $20 if bundling IT with a sympathetic, eligible motherboard. They are in short supply these days, after all.

The 5600G is 200MHz quicker on the base clock (3.9GHz), but 200MHz slower on the more important max boost frequency (4.4GHz), and also has half the amount of L3 cache (16MB).
